We created our own line of spices and rubs because all others fell short. It always seemed the blend was too sweet or too salty, maybe it just fell flat when cooked or it was the wrong grind or blend for its use.

We believe our spice blends and rubs have a variety of uses, but we designed them for specific items which you'll see identified on the bottle in pink icons. These items are where we wanted them to stand up on their own, maintain the height of flavor when uncooked, and when cooked they morph into something more than expected. This all started with super small batch blending.

Small batch blending is still where we are today. Because it’s our experience that we can control the quality a bit more and it’s just more crafty. You'll find new takes not commonly seen, such as Truffle Pigs Fry Spice, our legendary Black Magic Porcini Rub and our own version of long-time favorites like Truffle Pigs Bold Lemon Pepper or our Cajun Seasoning.

We want to make note that each of our blends are made from freshly ground spices and herbs, organic pure cane sugar, natural Italian sea salt, or pure Kosher Salt. We add a natural free flowing agent to our blends, Rice Hulls, which keep our products clean and free from anything artificial. However, you may experience some caking in high humidity environments. This is our commitment to not overly process and keep foods pure. Please keep them tightly sealed and out of light.

It is recommended to season your food with our blends, cook, rest (in the case of meats), and season again lightly right before serving.  

For our Rubs, literally rub the into your favorite meat or vegetables and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour but preferably overnight, then grill off over high heat (don't burn!) to develop a next level crust and crazy flavor.
