We created our own line of spices and rubs because we felt the ones on the market just didn’t cut it. Too often, the blends were either too sweet, too salty, or didn’t hold up after cooking. Maybe the grind or blend wasn’t right for its intended use, or it just lacked the depth of flavor we craved. That’s where Truffle Pig's spice blends come in—designed for those who appreciate premium quality seasonings that elevate every dish.

Small Batch Spice Blending: The Key to Exceptional Flavor

At Truffle Pig, we believe in the power of small batch blending. This process allows us to control the quality of our spices and rubs, ensuring they’re always fresh and flavorful. It’s a hands-on, artisanal approach to spice making that results in unique, high-quality blends you won’t find anywhere else.

Whether it’s our signature Black Gold Porcini Rub, our Bold Lemon Pepper, or our signature Fry Spice, our blends are crafted to perfection.

Designed for Flavor that Last

Each of our spice blends and rubs is formulated with a specific purpose in mind. We’ve chosen each ingredient carefully, focusing on the flavors we want to highlight. Look for the pink icons on the packaging that show you the recommended uses—whether it’s for meats, veggies, or anything in between. We designed our rubs and seasonings to stand out on their own, maintaining a rich flavor profile both before and after cooking. When applied, our rubs transform, delivering an unforgettable taste experience.

Ingredients That Make a Difference

At Truffle Pig, we prioritize quality. All of our spices are made from freshly ground herbs and spices, organic pure cane sugar, natural Italian sea salt, and pure Kosher salt. We also use rice hulls as a natural free-flowing agent to keep our products clean and free of artificial additives. While our commitment to purity may cause some caking in high-humidity environments, it ensures that we never over-process our products or compromise their quality.

Tips for Using Our Rubs and Blends

To get the most out of your Truffle Pig spices, we recommend seasoning your food before cooking, allowing the flavors to infuse. For meats, rest the seasoned meat after cooking and lightly season again just before serving for maximum flavor.

For our rub blends, generously coat your favorite meat or vegetables and let them sit in the fridge for at least an hour, but ideally overnight. For meats, grill over high heat to create a perfectly crispy crust and bold flavor.
