$40 flat-rate shipping applies to all orders up to 15 lbs. Orders between 16lbs and 25lbs have an $50 flat rate. All flat-rate shipping is next-day or second day air with Truffle Pig's standard processing time of 2 days. Our goal is same-day shipping, but this is not always possible as it depends on when the order is placed. We only ship Monday through Thursday and occasionally Friday with a Saturday service option to maintain product freshness.

We ship orders Monday through Thursday to prevent potential weekend delays and spoilage. The above chart is a worst case scenario and we aim to ship orders same day when possible.
If a Thursday or Friday fall on a Holiday we will not ship until Monday the following week using our standard overnight shipping. We can offer guaranteed daily and weekend delivery at additional costs. Please contact us directly to discuss.
All perishable products will ship via Next-Day Air, Next-Day Air Saver, or Second Day Air. Fresh, frozen, and individually vacuum-sealed products are carefully packed into a fully insulated cardboard box. To maintain the integrity of the package contents, perishable products are packed with gel ice packs (not dry ice, which can damage your valuable product).
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track its status. You will also receive periodic tracking updates.
Fresh products can be used upon receipt, kept cold (below 41 degrees Fahrenheit) for 7 days, or frozen upon receipt for up to 2 years so long the package is not damaged and remains air-tight.
Please note that thawing and some oxidation are normal for frozen products. Because our meat is vacuum-sealed, it can be safely refrozen immediately upon receipt or fully thawed under refrigeration for use within 7 days.
Important Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes; a valid street address is required for delivery.
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. It is the consumer’s responsibility to verify the shipping address during checkout.
- Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, may delay shipments and are out of our control. When this occurs, there are no refunds or exchanges due to spoilage.
- Truffle Pig Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, or adverse weather conditions.
Returns/Refunds
Truffle Pig Ltd. does not issue refunds or replacements if:
- The order is unable to be delivered or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer;
- The shipping company is at fault for delivery problems;
- The delivery is delayed or affected by weather or acts of God;
- Products are improperly handled/stored after successful delivery or
- The recipient refuses a delivery/shipment.
Truffle Pig Ltd. has a no-return policy on fresh or frozen meat products. Because our products are consumable perishables, we do not accept returns unless explicitly requested by Truffle Pig Ltd. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If an unauthorized return is received, Truffle Pig Ltd. is not responsible for refunding any shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return, nor are we responsible for refunding any portion of the unauthorized return.
Truffle Pig Ltd. aims to produce and provide the highest-quality rare food products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
In the event of a shipping failure, lost package, or other circumstance that is not the fault of Truffle Pig Ltd. or the consumer, Truffle Pig Ltd. will file an insurance claim with the carrier to protect both the consumer and Truffle Pig Ltd. Truffle Pig Ltd. will then work with the consumer to make sure the product is received. Please keep in mind that these things do happen and are not under the control of either Truffle Pig Ltd. or you (the consumer). Please allow us the opportunity to make this circumstance right.
