These chickens are raised on Amish and Mennonite farms, where they roam free on green pastures and have full barn access with more than twice the space of any off-commodity producer. Their diet consists of real fruits and vegetables with a wholesome non-GMO diet of corn and soy. 

The Heritage chicken is from the Rock Cornish chicken and is guaranteed to have never been given antibiotics, hormones, or any other additives. It is air-chilled and has pristine skin, which helps prevent excessive moisture loss during cooking.
