Truffle Pigs Standard Beef is a USDA Prime Black Angus from the Midwest, the cattle are allowed to roam and are grain finished to achieve the wonderful marbling and tenderness we have come to love in Prime Grade Beef. Less than 2% of all beef is Graded Prime. Rest assured you’re always getting the top 5% of Prime at Truffle Pig.

This outside skirt steak is a leaner cut with full rich flavor but still exceptionally tender when sliced thinly against the grain. One of Truffle Pigs favorite cuts, and hands down the best for fajitas.
