These cattle are allowed to roam on pastures and are grain finished to achieve the wonderful marbling and tenderness we have come to love in Prime Grade Beef. Our Kabob meat is cut from imperfect Filet Mignons that do not meet our standard cut size. It is not scrap, but is a great value providing the best kabobs you have had.
