Our Premium chicken offering is Dartagnan's Heritage Chicken.  This premium chicken is only raised on Amish and Mennonite farms where they can roam with free access to green pastures and have full barn access with more than twice the space of any off-commodity producer. Their diet consists of real fruits & vegetables with a wholesome supplemental non gmo diet of corn and soy. 

The heritage chicken is from the Rock Cornish chicken and is guaranteed to be never ever given any antibiotics, hormones or any other additives. They are air chilled and have pristine skin which helps prevent excessive moisture loss during cooking.
